Healthy Lunch Time

This assessment task is the culmination of the unit title ‘Healthy Lunch Time’.  During the unit, students have explored which foods might be included in a healthy lunch box and other everyday foods or snacks that make them healthy.

Students will conduct a survey of the foods sold through the school tuckshop over the period of one week, to compare the volume of healthy foods, everyday and snack foods purchased.

The students will record the statistics and complete a presentation of the schools ‘lunch time’ habits and comparing them with the class ‘lunch time’ choices, at school assembly.
